Start Identification in 3 Simple Steps
Identity verification is available in person at Swisscom shops (free of charge) or remotely via a video call (paid option), giving users flexibility while meeting legal requirements.
1. Go to https://srsident.trustservices.swisscom.com/en/
2. Choose 'Qualified Electronic Signature' and 'EU/EEA and Switzerland' options
3. Scroll down and press "Start identification"
Your Signature Status
Before you start, make sure your CH signature is Qualified. You can check and manage the current status of your personal Swisscom certificates in My qualified electronic signature (QES) page.
Validate Signed Document
After a document is signed, its validity can be checked using the Swiss government’s official signature validation tool.
