The Evrotrust app is the official mobile application for issuing qualified electronic signature (QES) certificates and securely signing documents with full legal validity under eIDAS.
Create Your Evrotrust Account
1. Open the Evrotrust app on your phone.
2. Tap “Registration” or “Sign Up” to begin.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to complete onboarding:
- You’ll need a passport or national ID card ready for scanning.
- The app will prompt you to capture photos of your document and take a selfie video for identity verification.
4. Confirm your phone number and email address as part of the process.
5. Once verified, you’ll have a reusable qualified electronic signature certificate ready to use.
Issue Your QES Signing Certificate
After registering and completing identity verification in the app:
1. Navigate to “Certificates” in the Evrotrust app.
2. Tap the “+” button to add a new certificate.
3. Choose “E-Sign Qualified” (QES).
4. Tap “Issue” to generate your certificate.
Once issued, this certificate is stored in the app and can be used to sign documents legally on your mobile device, no additional hardware is required.
Start Signing & Identifying
You’re now ready to:
- Sign electronic documents with a qualified electronic signature
- Identify yourself securely for services (e.g., contracts, onboarding)
- Use Evrotrust wherever sophisticated e-signature or identity proofing is required
