Latest Focus

eID Easy continues to improve the user experience for both end users and developers, while expanding coverage with new identity and signature solutions that are in high demand.

For large enterprise customers, uptime and service reliability are especially critical. While our own availability remains strong, we regularly see technical errors and maintenance downtimes from upstream providers: a natural result of working with many different systems.

We understand that disruptions to business-critical processes are costly, so we’re working on a solution → backup fallback for providers. When a primary provider is down, customers will automatically fall back to a secondary option, with minimal service disruption.

We’re also making internal progress on multiple AI initiatives to improve both customer support and internal efficiency. One project involves releasing a 24/7 AI-powered support agent, capable of answering common questions faster than a human could even read them.
