What a year!
At eID Easy, we saw growth across product usage and the need for wider coverage as more companies relied on us to deliver secure, compliant, and easy-to-integrate digital identity services at scale.
That momentum was reflected not only in our products, but also in a growing team and more in-person collaboration: bringing customers, partners, and peers together face to face.
Here’s a concise look at our 2025.
Product Usage Increased 124%
Across eSignatures, eID Authentications, and eSeals, total action counts increased by +124% year over year in 2025, driven by organisations choosing solutions that are secure, compliant, and straightforward to integrate and operate.
While all three product categories contributed to this growth, usage patterns varied by use case:
- eSeals recorded the highest growth, reflecting increased demand for organisational document sealing in automated and high-volume workflows.
- eSignatures continued to scale at high speed, with more customers relying on qualified and advanced electronic signatures across regulated markets.
- eID Authentications showed steady growth, supporting secure customer onboarding, authentication, and login flows.
→ This combined growth clearly reflects a growing need for multiple trust services, stronger security, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Expanding Our Global Trust Map
In 2025, we expanded our global coverage by adding new Qualified Trust Service Providers (QTSPs) and Certified Authorities (CAs) across multiple regions.
This wasn’t about ticking boxes or marketing content 😉, it was about enabling customers to launch faster in global markets, with a single API integration.

Product Features and Updates
Behind the scenes, our development team delivered 65+ product features and updates in 2025, averaging more than one release per week.
Some updates were tailored to specific customer requirements, while others improved the platform as a whole. Mainly focused on better user experience and greater integration flexibility.

2025 was also a year of growth for our team.

Bringing People Together, In Person
While most of our work happens digitally, we continued to invest in face-to-face collaboration in 2025.
Over the year, we hosted 4 in-person meetups across 3 different cities, bringing together customers, partners, and industry peers to exchange practical experiences and real-world insights.
We also organised 1 in-person conference with more than 90 registered participants, focused on digital identity, trust services, and cross-border interoperability.
These events were about creating space for meaningful conversations, strengthening partnerships, and connecting people working on the same challenges, face to face.
