Compliance

The sign-me platform complies with the European Union's eIDAS (Electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services) regulation.

‍EID Easy is supporting both Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES) and Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). 

An Advanced Electronic Signature is uniquely linked to the signer, capable of identifying them, and connected to the data in such a way that any subsequent change is detectable. 

A Qualified Electronic Signature offers the highest level of security and legal recognition, equivalent to a handwritten signature across EU member states.
