Swisscom Trust Services is a leading European provider of digital trust solutions, headquartered in Switzerland.
To use Swisscom’s qualified electronic signature service in eID Easy, users must sign using the Mobile ID app, a secure mobile authentication method required for signature creation.
Signers that do not have the Mobile ID app installed can go through a remote online ID verification process to obtain the Swisscom signing certificate and set up the app.
If you wish to assume the cost of the identity verification for a signer you can purchase voucher codes from eID Easy. The user will be able to enter the voucher code they receive and complete the identity verification process at no cost.
Users without a voucher code can select from the available options and pay for themselves.
